The whale who previously shorted 66,000 ETH via borrowing is suspected of switching from short to long positions to buy ETH at the bottom.
according to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), a whale/institution that previously made a profit of 23.31 million US dollars by borrowing and shorting 66,000 ETH transferred 91.2 million USDC to Binance an hour and a half ago, and then withdrew 110,000 ETH (worth 386 million US dollars) from Binance.
